
The 50th Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC2025), a premier global event for optical networking and communications, concluded successfully on April 3 in San Francisco. Macrochip Technology, a key participant, strengthened partnerships with exhibitors and visitors from the United States, Canada, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Dominican Republic, and Taiwan, China, marking a milestone in advancing next-generation connectivity solutions.


Macrochip showcased its full portfolio of 100G to 800G optical modules at OFC2025. Multiple global data center operators and telecom equipment providers expressed collaboration interests after evaluating the optical modules' full-scenario compatibility and modular design. Moving forward, Macrochip plans to expand its R&D and accelerate commercial deployments of its 1.6T solutions to empower AI-driven networks and sustainable data centers in 2026.
