General description

Our 400G OSFP DR4 transceiver (Part Number: MCO-GPS3CC-5H) provides a high-performance, parallel-optics solution for 500-meter data center interconnects. Operating at an aggregate 425Gbps, it efficiently converts eight 53.125 Gbps PAM4 electrical lanes into four optical lanes at 106.25 Gbps PAM4 for transmission.

 

The 400G OSFP DR4 utilizes a 1310nm SIP-based transmitter and an MPO-12 connector, enabling robust signal integrity over single-mode fiber. Designed for reliability, it consumes approximately 10W and operates within the standard 0°C to 70°C temperature range.

 

Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3bs, OSFP MSA, and CMIS 4.0 standards, it ensures seamless integration in next-generation networking equipment, offering a future-proof and efficient solution for high-density 400G applications.
