We utilize high-precision positioning die-bonding machines supplied by globally renowned brands, such as Amicra and MRSI. This type of machine can achieve a placement accuracy of 1 micrometer, while simultaneously supporting a high-speed AuSn eutectic bonding process.
For high-volume throughput, a sophisticated and automatic wire-bonder is deployed in the production line. It not only boosts productivity but also ensures the reliability of bonding.
The performance of an optical module can be significantly impaired by an optical misalignment of even just a few micrometers. Thus, we implement active alignment technology in our high - precision alignment system. This system can adapt to diverse and complex process requirements.
When it comes to wafer and module testing, we collaborate with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) suppliers to develop customized testers. These testers support the specific measurements required by customers as well as for our own designed wafers.
Additionally, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is employed to achieve meticulous management of the production line, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output throughout the manufacturing process.
