Quality Control - Ensuring Every Optical Transceiver Meets Rigorous Standards
Macrochip Technology Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to the quality control of optical transceivers and is committed to providing customers with stable and reliable products, ensuring that each optical module meets strict quality requirements.
Incoming Material Inspection
We conduct random inspections of performance parameters and appearance for raw materials such as optical chips and PCBs, and promptly eliminate defective products.
Pre-SMT Inspection
We carefully check the cleanliness of PCB pads and the matching of component packages to prevent potential solder joint defects.
Welding Quality Inspection
We scan solder joints using AOI equipment to ensure the absence of defects such as bridging and missing solder joints.
Optical Component Coupling Test
We precisely calibrate the optical path in a dust-free environment to ensure that optical power and insertion loss meet standard requirements.
Preliminary Screening
We conduct power-on tests to measure transmitted optical power and receive sensitivity to screen out and eliminate prematurely failing products.
Environmental Reliability Testing
We conduct tests such as high-temperature cycling and vibration and shock testing to verify the stability of optical modules in extreme environments.
Aging Screening
We subject optical modules to a 24-hour power-on aging process in a high-temperature environment to identify modules with potentially shorter lifespans.
Final Calibration
We retest all optoelectronic indicators and precisely calibrate wavelength and speed parameters. Appearance and packaging inspection: Check whether the optical module casing has scratches and whether the label is clear. Also confirm that the anti-static packaging is intact.
