This transceiver is built for 10GBASE-SR Ethernet and 10G Fibre Channel applications. It operates at an 850nm wavelength and utilizes a 20-contact edge connector for the electrical interface. The design emphasizes straightforward integration and consistent performance in high-density environments where space and reliability matter.
